On Friday on I had a colonoscopy and they found no major problems, but because of my diabetes I was scheduled for the first procedure in the morning.
They told me that because of my diabetes that they wanted to have the procedure done as early are possible since there are extensive preparations required for the test and they didn’t want my blood sugar levels to drop too low. Just before the test they checked my levels and it was around 110 even with over 12 hours of fasting.
