Diabetes is an insidious disease, it creeps in on cats paws and sticks around forever.
People are complaining about the COVID-19 protocols and how we still have to do them a year after the plague started. Well with diabetes it is for a life time, we slip and up goes our numbers. We always have to be on guard, we spurge once in a while but then we have to do our mea culpas to get our numbers down.
Monitor, monitor, monitor…
That is our manta.
Today is shot day, every Tuesday morning I have to give myself a shot.
What’s for breakfast? How many of my daily carbs do I want to use up? And on what?
On and on it goes with no end. These COVID-19 complainers are wimps.
